I've had this problem. There are many suggestions there but none of them helped. After couple of hours I realised that problem was my network cards drivers. Drivers that came with windows was from 2009. After installing new drivers everything worked just fine. So, if you have such problem, just download latest drivers for your network card and you should be good to go!

I just bought a wireless mouse for my computer. Everything is fine but a small touch to the mouse wakes up computer from the sleep mode and i don't like it.
First thing i did was to go to Device manager and change power options of mouse so it wouldn't wake computer up. Unfortunately, to my surprise it didn't work.
After fiddling with powercfg command line i noticed that my mouses usb receiver was also registered as a keyboard!
I believe reason for that is that i can also use same brand wireless keyboard with same receiver.
To stop my mouse waking up my computer from sleep I've had to disable "Allow this device to wake computer up" option for HID keyboard device under Keyboard section on Device manager.
